Description

Nature Based Farming for the Tenanted Sector of Agriculture in England and Wales

With nature-based farming high on the agendas of policymakers and operators within the supply chain, it is essential to understand how we can maximise opportunities for land sharing as between agricultural production and wider environmental benefits be that for biodiversity, landscape, access, clean air and water or carbon.  For 30 years LEAF has been a champion of this approach and we are therefore delighted to have its Chief Executive, Caroline Drummond as our guest presenter for this important webinar.  The tenanted sector faces some unique challenges in maximising opportunities for nature-based approaches to land management but with food and farming at the core there is more that we can all achieve in providing wider public benefits and improving our business resilience.
