Like most great New Zealand stories, Farmlands was born from people joining together to do things differently. Fast forward from our humble beginnings in 1962 and we are a Top 20 NZ Company with an annual turnover of more than $2 billion, with over 1000 staff members from Cape Reinga to Bluff.
About the role
Our Growth & Innovation (G&I) team at Farmlands are specialists in their field. From sustainability to technology and organic foods to animal nutrition, they’re at the forefront of our industry and solving the on-farm challenges of tomorrow for our shareholders.

This will mean that you’ll be physically designing e-learning modules using our e-learning software (Articulate Rise) or even delivering face to face training sessions!

- Have the ability to understand technical information and translate this to practical, everyday terms
- Possess strong systems skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A knowledge of agriculture is desirable, but isn’t essential
